I am In Network with Aetna and Optum (which includes United HealthCare). 

 

If you have other insurance and would like to use their Out of Network benefits, I can provide you with a superbill that you can submit for potential reimbursement.

50 minute individual session --- $150*

50 minute family session --- $175*

*I reserve space for sliding scale sessions. Please do not hesitate to ask.

Additionally, I am a provider with Crime Victim Compensation, which you may qualify for if you are a victim of a crime. If you are seeking mental health treatment for impacts of a crime, CVC may cover your mental health fees. Feel free to reach out with questions regarding these services.

I accept all major credit cards and HSA (Health Savings Account).

If you must cancel or reschedule, please give 24 hour notice to avoid full charge of session.

I am not able to propose an appropriate diagnosis or course of treatment for you until we have spent some time together. As soon as I am able to identify a diagnosis and an appropriate course of treatment, I will discuss it with you. Please ask me if you have any questions or concerns regarding your payments or future payments.
